Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If your room is ready before 4 pm, we’ll be happy to accommodate an early arrival. Late checkout is available, when possible, for $50 per hour after 11 am.

The Woodlands Resort charges a nightly resort fee of $43 plus tax. The resort fee includes guest room WiFi, access to Forest Oasis Waterpark & Lazy River from noon on arrival day through 11 am on departure day, two bottled waters replenished daily, fitness center access, golf practice facilities, golf bag storage, jogging trails, daily resort activities, local and long distance calls, and intra-resort transportation based on availability.

Reservations may be canceled or modified up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. Changes made within 72 hours of arrival are subject to the first night’s room rate and applicable taxes.
