The Woodlands Resort hosted our annual meeting with professionalism and the standard of
excellence expected from a conference center. From the very moment my colleagues stepped foot onto the property until the time they left, they were impressed with the service provided. The food was excellent, meeting rooms spacious and comfortable, and resort amenities excellent. The rooms were well appointed and a relaxing place to end their days of long meetings. The food in The Woodlands Dining Room is the best in the city, if not the best of any catered breakfast/lunch of any hotel I've used for a meeting or attended for a meeting. The constant breaks outside the room are brilliant! Keeps us coming back year after year for our District Meeting.
Not having to select and pay for EVERY individual thing for a meeting, and being able to pay one price/person for the meeting room/food is the GREATEST!!!

Many times with small conferences, we are lost in the shuffle, however, we felt very important at The Woodlands.
The restaurant staff, the front desk, the sales office workers, the business office, AV personnel, maid services and doorman/cart drivers were all very professional and always gracious, even when my participants were demanding.

Being in sales, I am in the customer service business and I know first hand how critical customer service throughout an entire organization is to growth. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was true of The Woodlands. Regardless of their job responsibility, everyone exhibited a positive customer service attitude, an attitude that we normally experience toward the top of the echelon, but not always throughout the entire organization.

It’s my opinion that, in comparison to our previous meetings, the personnel, food, meeting venues and location of The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center were far and away much superior. I heard nothing but praise from our coordinator regarding the manner in which the resort staff worked with her and the complete lack of “emergencies”, which seem to be the norm for prior events. I personally experienced service levels far above my expectations – and I know a little bit about customer service, having been in the business for some 25 years. Congratulations on hosting a terrific meeting, but more importantly, for employing the kind of staff that makes customers feel like VIPs as a matter of course!

Words cannot adequately express our satisfaction with the incredible success of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation's Food and Society Networking Meeting. Every member of The Woodlands' staff went out of their way to create an exceptional experience for our participants and Kellogg staff members.
The meeting space was perfect and having breakout rooms with windows was certainly a plus. The set-up crew did an excellent job making changes and the audio visual staff members were wonderful as they followed up on all arrangements.
The meals were delicious. The chef was absolutely amazing as he prepared the vegetables at our special dinner. Our vegetarians were in seventh heaven and words of praise were heard throughout the meeting.
